The clinical investigation button allows doctors to order for clinical investigation for a patient during a consultation. 

To order a clinical investigation, follow these steps:

1). Log in to the Helium Health application.

2). Click on the desired patient name. 

3). Click on the "Submit New Entry" button. 

4). Click on the "Clinical Investigation" button. 

5). Select "Clinical investigation" and mark as urgent or external, and fill additional field necessary.

Note: "Referral By" and "Referral Hospital" are required inputs for investigation(s) marked as external.

6). Click on the "Submit" button.
