How to submit vitals

The vital button allows users to add patient vitals data, which is mostly at the initial point of care.

To add vitals, follow these steps:

1). Log in to the Helium Health application.

2). Click on the desired patient name. Page reloads and displays patient folder.

3). Click on the "Submit New Entry" button.

4). Click on the "Vitals" button.

5). Fill in the "Blood Pressure", "Weight", "Height" etc.

6). Click on the "Submit" button.
