The test result page allows the user to input the test result details and then submit and save result to the patient folder. 

To submit a test result, follow these steps:

1). Login to the "Helium health" application.

2).Click on a patient "name" to open patient folder.

3) Click on the "Submit New" entry button 

4). Select "Test Results" entry type.          

5). Enter test result details and click on the "Submit" button to save test result to patient folder.
