How to Submit Imaging results/scans
To submit an imaging result, follow these steps:
1). Login to the Helium health EMR application.
2). Click on the "Imaging" module on the left hand module bar
3). Search and locate the patient's name and click "Expand" on the left side of the order.
4). Once capturing has been successfully completed on the external imaging device, click on the "Confirm Capturing" button on the EMR. Additionally include any additional notes in the input box field.
5). After Capturing has been confirmed on the EMR, the status of the imaging order will change to "No Results Submitted".
6). Repeat Step 3 above and click on each placeholder to input the result and click on the "Selecting" button to attach media. When done, Click on ‘Submit’
7). Once you're done entering the report and attaching media, check the "Notify Patient" box to send the patient a notification of the test result and click on the "submit" button.
