How to add a Prescription
The prescription module allows a doctor to prescribe drugs for a patient during consultation. All prescriptions are added to the patient file.
To add a Prescription, follow these steps:
1). Log into the Helium Health application.
2). Click on the desired patient name.
3). Click on the "Submit new entry" button.
4). Click on the "Prescription" button.
5). Select "Pharmacy" and "Medication", then fill the blank fields below.
6). Select "Pharmacy", "Medication Group", and click on the "select medication group" dropdown to prescribe from the list of existing medication groups. Medications in the group must be previously created by a user and can be edited or erased.
7). Click on the "Add another medication" or "Remove medication" to respectively add or remove a medication in the prescription list
Note: Check the "create as task" to specify a medication as task (optional). This mostly used for outpatient drug administration management
8). Click on the 'Submit' button.
