How to deactivate a patient file.

The deactivate button allows users to mark a patient file as retired. After 3 months, the file will be deactivated.


To deactivate a patient file, follow these steps:


1). Log in to the Helium Health application.


     



2). Navigate to the "Recently Seen" tab and enter patient's name or number in the search field.


      



3). Click on the patient's name to open the file.





4). Click on the "Open Comprehensive Medical History" button. 


      



5). Scroll down and click on "Mark as Retired" button.



       



6). Click on the "Confirm" button to complete the process.
