How to view the growth charts.

A growth chart can give providers/parents a general picture of how a child is developing physically. By comparing a child’s measurements – weight, length, and head circumference – to those of other children the same age and sex and to these same measurements from previous checkups, a provider can determine whether a baby is growing in a healthy way.

Growth charts are a beneficial tool for providers to utilize because they easily denote trends, and within a few seconds’ glance, a provider has the ability to understand patient progression or regression. The Helium EMR has adopted the WHO format for all growth charts

To access a patient's growth chart, follow the steps below:

1). Click on the "Comprehensive Medical History" section in a patient file

2). Select the Growth Charts tab.

3). Filter Growth Chart by selecting desired "age" and "Chart" options from the respective dropdowns.

4.) Once you have finished reviewing the growth chart, click Close  at the top right of the page.
