How to add a new bill item using multi-currency
Multi-Currency allows you to now manage transactions, billing, and financial reporting in multiple currencies. Institutions can now set prices and bill in multiple currencies of their choice. This feature covers both private and insurance patients.
To add a new Item (single) using multiple currency, follow the steps below ;
1. Log in to the EMR application.
2. Click on “Manage Billing” on the left module bar.
3. Click on "Add New Item" on the top right of your screen.
4. Select Item category from the dropdown list.
5. Enter the name of the Item.
6. Select currency from the dropdown list.
7. Enter Item ‘standard price’.
8. Click on "Confirm" to save changes.
