How to add immunization.

The Immunization button allows users to document a vaccine, dose, and route given to a patient. 


To add Immunization, follow these steps:


1). Log in into the Helium Health application

     

     


2). Click on the desired patient name. 

    

     



3). Click on the "Submit New Entry" button. 

      

     


     


4). Click on the "Immunization" button. 

      

      

      

     

     5). Tick desired Vaccine(s) from the available vaccine schedule options.

           

          

      

      

  6). Fill in details of selected vaccine(s), mark as external if required or remove vaccine from selected list.


        

        

 7). Fill in additional information and click on "Submit" button.
