How to add a patient to a team's queue
The queueing module allows users to manage how patients traverse across the entire facility. It has a level of automation and allows manual movement of patients from one queue to the next. The module helps the facility to track turnaround time.
To add a patient to a team's queue, Follow the steps below;
1. Log in to the EMR.
2. Check-in the patient. Kindly refer to the "How to Check-in a patient" steps.
3. Click on ‘Queues’ module on the left panel.
4. Click on the tab indicating the team you checked patient into i.e ‘Doctors’.
5. To manually move a patient from one queue to the next click on ‘Move’.
6. Click ‘search for employees’ to search for a staff member or team.
7. Click on selected staff member/team.
8. Click ‘Move’
9. Navigate to the team tab of the staff member selected to find patient queue. Then Click ‘Call patient’.
10. Click ‘Remove’ to remove patient from queue.
