The intervention entry allows users to add specific details of activities that occurred during admission. 

To add an intervention in an in-patient file, follow these steps:

1). Log in to the Helium Health application.

2). Navigate to "Inpatient" and search for the patient's name or number using the search field.

3). Click on the "Patient name" to open the file. 

4). Click on "Interventions" tab, click on "Add Interventions".

5). Enter "Intervention note". Then click on the "Submit" button to save the information.
