The settle balance button allows users to clear outstanding debts incurred by a patient.

To settle Private balances, follow these steps:

1). Log in to the Helium Health application.

2). Navigate to "Recently Seen" and enter patient's name or number in the search field.

3). Click on the patient's name to open the file.

4). Click on the "Settle Balance" button. 

5).  Check box for Item(s) to settle and select  "Type of payoff" option (as applicable).

6). Enter "Payment Amount" if "Pay Partial Balance" was previously selected. 

Note: Select the payment method and click on the green button to confirm payment received.
