How to Settle Insurance Bills

The settle balance button allows users to clear outstanding debts incurred by a patient.

1). Log in to the Helium Health application.

2). Navigate to "Recently Seen" and enter patient's name or number in the search field.

3). Click on patient name to open file.

4). Click on the "Settle Balance" button.

5). Check box for Item(s) to settle and select "Type of payoff" option (as applicable).

6). Enter "Diagnosis" and "Doctor-in-Charge", then click "Submit"
