The Report module is the analytical part of the EMR application where patients’ data are organized in a systematic format that can be filtered by date or other variables. Report data can also be downloaded in CSV format. 

To download reports, follow the steps below;

1. log in to the EMR application.   

2. Click on the ‘Report’ module on the left module bar.   

3. Select the category of the report you want to see at the top of the page. E.g.  Diagnosis.   

4. Click ‘filter by date’. E.g., This year, this week, or custom range   

5. Click to apply filters and selectthe  branch hospital if any. 

6. Click to ‘Download this list (CSV)’  to download the report to an Excel workbook. (CSV).
