Our domain changed from onemedicalfile.com to myheliumos.com.
Do I need to do anything?
Most users can keep working as normal. We recommend updating bookmarks. IT teams should update allow lists and any hard-coded references.
Will my login or data change?
No. Credentials, data, roles, and workflows are unchanged.
Are redirects in place?
Yes. Old links with onemedicalfile.com redirect to myheliumos.com.
Are APIs or integrations affected?
If you hard-coded onemedicalfile.com in scripts or integration settings, switch to myheliumos.com. If you use our official SDKs or environment variables, you may not need changes.
Is security affected?
No. TLS is enforced. NDPR/GDPR controls and logging are unchanged.
