How to register a dependent

How to register a dependent.

This feature allows a patient like a spouse, child or guest to be registered in association with a principal. 

 

 

To register a dependent, follow these steps:

 

 

1).  Log into the Helium Health application.

2). Select ‘Registration’ from the left navigation menu

 3). On the billing section,  click on the ‘insurance dependency type’ field to select dependent like spouse, child or guest. Then choose the 'principal' from the pop-up field.

4). Then fill the “Personal Info”, “Contact Info”, “Social Info” and “Billing Info” of the dependent where applicable.

5). Uncheck “Do not Send Welcome SMS/Email To Patient” to send a Welcome message to the dependent.

5). Click ‘Register Only’ to register the newborn or ‘Authenticate Registration’ to register and forward the patient file to the next point of care.
