The discharge button allows doctors and nurses to discharge a patient from the wards.

To discharge a patient, follow these steps:

1). Log in to the Helium Health application.

2). Navigate to "Inpatient" and search patient's name or name using the search field.

3). Click on the "Patient name" to open the file. 

4). Click on the "Submit New Entry" button.

5). Click on the "Discharge" button.

6). Enter "Reason for Discharge", "Action plan", and "When to follow up".

7). Click on the "Submit" button.
