To close Antenatal, follow these steps below:

1. Log in to the Helium Health Application.

2. On the Patient Module, Open the desired Antenatal Patient folder.

3. Click on "Close antenatal" to close the antenatal record.

4. Select a reason from the drop-down

5. Enter notes in the text area and tick the box to enroll the patient for Labour Management. (Without ticking the box patient will not be enrolled for labour management)
6. Click on "Close antenatal" to save.

The antenatal summary is created and available in the patient's file. (See How to view Labour management Patient)
