To record a Prenatal Visit/Note, follow these steps below:

1. Log in to the Helium Health Application.

2. On the Patient Module, open the desired Antenatal Patient folder.

3. Inside the patient enrollment box, under the Prenatal tab, click on "+Add Prenatal".

4. Fill in all information on the prenatal form.

5. Click on the "Submit" button to save information. (Note that all fields with * are compulsory to fill to submit)
