How to Perform Antenatal Risk Stratification

This Feature performs the Risk Stratification of expectant mothers to identify who may be at higher risk for complications during the pregnancy period, childbirth birth or postpartum. It can be used to provide targeted care and interventions to mitigate these risks and possible outcomes for both the Mother and the baby.

To Perform Antenatal Risk Stratification on a Patient, follow these steps:

1.) Log into the Helium Health application.

2.) Click on the desired patient name and check in. (See how to check in a patient )

3.) Click on the "Submit New Entry" button.

4.) Click on the "Antenatal & Labour Management" box.

5.) Click on "Yes" to perform Antenatal Risk Stratification.

6.) Fill the Risk Stratification form to complete the performance.

7.) Click on the "Submit" button to save information. (See How to Enroll a Patient into Antenatal Care)
