The declare a patient as deceased button allows users to mark a patient as dead. 

To declare a patient as deceased, follow these steps:

1). Log in to the Helium Health application

2). Navigate to "Recently Seen" and enter the patient's name or number in the search field.

3). Click on patient name to open file.

4). Click on the "Open Comprehensive Medical History" button. 

4). Scroll down and click on the "Deceased Patient" button.

5). Fill all questions. 

6). Click on the "Submit" button.
