This module is used to send messages to either patients or staff registered on the EMR application.

To send a message, follow these steps:

1). Log into the Helium Health application. 

2). Click on the ‘Communication’ module on the left module bar.

3). Click to select either ‘staff or patient’.

4). Click checkbox to select recipient (N/B: Multiple selection is allowed).

5). Click to ‘Search by name or mobile number’.

6). Click to compose a message.

7. Click to ‘Send message’ after composing.
